the beef

the barkin dog grill uses only the finest aged beef available. there are no synthetic growth stimulants (artificial hormones) used and the cattle are only fed whole corn in its natural state with no medication or artificial additives. 

all of the cattle are home raised, which means they are born and raised on the same ranch.  home raised cattle have only one brand and have never been abused; they are healthier and of better quality.  the ranch has been family owned and operated for the past 108 years so the good health and gentle care of the animals makes for an ultra premium product.

all of this does tend to make for a more expensive cut of beef, but we feel the return in quality far out weighs the few extra cents we pay to bring you the most superior burger in town.
